You literally can't ask for anything better than that.

Crew from Coach USA helped me and my girlfriend move all my stuff in our storage unit into our new apartment in 2.0 hours totally. They were fast, efficient, cautious, responsive, on time. Basically each item you could ask for. You literally can't ask for anything better than that.

They are trusted and extremely proficient. They worked incredibly QUICK and were very FAIR and HONEST. I would prescribe them to anybody who is moving they made my moving experience such a great deal more straightforward.

Just awful.

I have made seven moves, some short some long. We packed our self. We also needed storage for a little over two months. The crew that loaded us was excellent. After two plus months in storage in MA and Fl our goods were delivered. Every box was damaged. Some had water damage and we had some missing goods. We had another families goods mixed in with ours. We were able to salvage a few pieces. Pewter was crushed. Clothes were damp. Had I known that hey were using independent contractors that did not have a command of the English language. If you use this company let them pack The outcome might be different I will not.

The communication was excellent

The team from Coach USA worked diligently, and it was clear they were experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. During the transport phase, the communication was excellent. The company kept me updated on the progress of the move and provided an estimated delivery time. I felt reassured knowing where my belongings were at all times. The truck arrived exactly when they said it would, which was a huge relief. Upon arrival, the unloading process was just as smooth as the loading. The movers were careful to place boxes and furniture in the correct rooms, and they even assisted with some minor assembly tasks. Nothing was damaged, and everything was accounted for. The team’s efficiency and attention to detail ensured that I could start settling into my new home immediately.

I strongly suggest these movers

Everything was simple from setting up the appointment time to managing the 4 people we recruited. They worked really hard. Every one of the guys were affable, productive and took care of out stuff with care. We even had them stay to assemble some furnishings. It was a the entire day occasion and not one objection or absence of incredible skill from the guys helping or the office. I strongly suggest these movers.

Tremendously efficient, and completely no fuss

Crew from Coach USA Moving were meticulously professional, tremendously efficient, and completely no fuss, at a very reasonable rate! You're just charged entrenched on how long it takes for them to move and they do not squander any time. No nonsense about being charged fee for stuff you didn't tell them about, just a non-nonsense and cause hourly rate. The employees was very eager to please and professional all over the moving process. Really recommend!

Most well planned move.

Frankly one of the uncomplicated, most well planned moves I have ever experienced. Movers came early and were completed well within the 2 hour minimum. Crew were friendly and humble of not only our belongings but also the buildings that we were moving out of and in to. The end price was exactly what we were quoted. Can't recommend Coach USA Moving enough they were really a great movers.

I would propose using them for your next move!

The movers were prompt, came well equipped with a ton of blankets, tape, dolly's and big boxes to carry various items. They worked fast and synchronize the move in way that took less time than it would. We had a ton of stuff and they worked non stop to help us not exceed our budget by a whole lot. Everything arrived in one piece. I would propose using them for your next move!

I would definitely suggest Coach USA team.

This was my first move on my own and I didn't know what to look for, but everything went fluently with the help of Coach USA Moving. Three guys showed up 15 minutes prior to the estimated start time and got straight to work. I was worried about the probability of things being dented on narrow staircases, but we went without any casualties. They also disassembled and reassembled IKEA furniture attractive quickly. I paid entirely what I was quoted and everything got done in under two hours! They were highly professional. Overall, I would definitely suggest Coach USA team.

Not one thing got broken

They were diligent employees and safeguarded everything well overall. Put my things where I asked. Not one thing got broken. We had a ton of stuff, needed to move from a huge storage unit as well as move furniture from another home, and they had the option to move it in one day. Their cost is truly reasonable also. I truly recommend them.

Best service in the city with the best cost. It definitely helps to know the workers bring all their own equipment. They plastic wrap and utilize defensive covers on nearly all that to safeguard the thing and floors. QUICK and HARDWORKING MOVERS. They dismantled furnishings and reassembled them in the appropriate areas. Recommended.

They did a great job. The movers were professional, careful, and very hard working. They were very careful with all of my breakables and delicate furnishings. They carefully wrapped and cushioned things to make sure that everything arrived to the new location without any scratches. I would highly recommend them.

Long-distance move from New York to Massachusetts

Not an honest business.

The movers were told not to load certain items on the truck and they did. When confronted they said the items were more to the front of truck. They said they called their home office and were told they would bring the items back to pick up place in 2 weeks. This has not happened and basically accused me of lying about the situation, that why would their movers do this.

I had a wonderful experience with Coast Moving and Storage. The pick-up was easy and efficient and George the delivery man was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond my expectations. Delivered everything up my steep driveway and set-up my large pieces in the rooms I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Worst Experience Imaginable

They were used by Axis Van Lines (another horrible company) to perform my move from NY to ME.

The movers:

- Punched holes in my walls in NY by carelessly moving items.

- Threw a mattress down the stairs.

- Didn't wrap half my furniture and dragged it across the truck.

- Shoved and tossed items onto the truck.

- Loaded boxes upside down resulting in a HUGE amount of damaged goods.

- Left messes in both houses.

- Created a 6' gouge in the wood floor of my home in ME.

I would have been better off throwing my things in the trash in NY and just buying new things in ME.

This move was the worst move I have had to date. I have moved over 5 times and I have never had major damage like I had with this company. I lost over 13 dishes and still unpacking. I am afraid to unpack more boxes and find more damage. My antique couch was marked up. The pick up movers were lazy and swindled more money out of me. I had to pay extra space in the moving truck and storage. This experience has been stressful and awful! Do not use this moving company!

Save your money and your belongings and don’t hire this company!!

Very unprofessional company ( if you can even call them a company). Took them a month to bring our stuff and it was mostly damaged. Boxes crushed. Furniture ruined. No answers from customer service. Terrible experience.

We are sorry your shipment arrived later than you had anticipated. The estimate you signed with your broker shows an estimated delivery window. We reviewed your delivery paperwork. Although it shows that all items picked up were delivered in the same condition they tendered to us (signed by you), we investigated the "mostly damaged," "boxes crushed", and "furniture ruined" you asserted in your review. The driver who delivered your goods informed us that while he was unloading your goods, he had noticed liquid leaking from one of your boxes. Please see the estimate signed with broker that states "...customer agrees and is not permitted to move and we will not accept, transport, or store and have no liability whatsoever for firearms, jewelry, cash, bank notes, any financial instruments, hazardous materials, pets, liquids or perishable items". The delivery driver also stated that no furniture was visibly damaged or brought to his attention to be damaged at delivery. Since there weren't any exceptions at the time of delivery, we are unable to validate this complaint. We also reviewed our phone records and emails from this customer and have not found any since delivery. Therefore, we are not able to validate customer's complaint: "No answers from customer service." ..read more

Avoid...bait and switch

Avoid this company..a giant "bait and switch. Having moved a few times before I was aware of not using a broker and be very careful. I went to Coach based on a friend's recommendation. The sales rep was very helpful but basically everything I was told was inaccurate. I was promsied Coach Trucks with the name on it--to prove they didnt broker. That did not happen. Now I discover that yet another company I have never heard of is actually bringing my stuff from Florida to Ohio. Also the estimate after a zoom walk through was grossly inaccurate and was charged nearly 40% more than estimate. Finally they are impossible to reach and have a real conversation. Avoid this company...the only good thing is that the crew that loaded were excellent and very nice men.
